Our client is seeking a Field Service Software Sales Representative for the Midwest Territory!

Our client is an information technology company that sells field service software solutions across many different industries. They have been enabling businesses to achieve their desired outcomes using innovative, emerging, and agile software/services. The company holds an excellent employee retention rate and has a high potential for upward future mobility within the company.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Hunt for new business via existing and innovative outreach techniques
  • Operate across many industry-verticals in the territory to identify/sell the product
  • Maintain a sales database and create a pipeline of prospects in your sales funnel
  • Execute “cold calls” to generate sales leads while driving a well-balanced pipeline
  • Develop sales proposals and conduct compelling presentations to clients
  • Perform follow-up calls with prospects and negotiate/close potential deals

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
  • 5-7 years of outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Field service sales experience (preferred)
  • Must have a proven track record as a top sales performer
  • High degree of motivation and the ability to take initiative
  • Ability to sell the product in short and long-term sales cycles/desire to be the best
  • Reliable, strong, and a positive work ethic is very important
  • Ability to quickly develop relationships and establish credibility
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, curious, self-starting and loves to learn
  • Proficient computer skills are required, and knowledge of any CRM is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced start-up environment
