Our client is seeking a Project Manager near Philadelphia, PA!

Our client is a medical device company that offers end-to-end solutions through the diagnostic testing kits as well as sample collection/stabilization devices they develop, manufacture, and distribute. Their’ portfolio of products are designed to discover/detect critical medical conditions and are sold on a global scale. They have many years in the industry and have seen continued success throughout their tenure as a business.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Support studies to evaluate and develop bispecific protein therapeutics in Oncology areas
  • Conduct in vitro and ex vivo cellular assays
  • Conduct and interpret experimental data with minimal guidance
  • Design, execute, and troubleshoot multi-color flow cytometry experiments
  • Planning, execution, analysis, and documentation of experiments
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering field
  • 2+ years of IVD project management experience, preferably in the medical device industry
  • IVD Project management certification (PMP) (preferred)
  • Knowledge of project management including common tools and techniques
  • Exposure to formal quality management systems, and production environments for physical products in biomedical or related markets
  • Demonstrated organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and meet conflicting deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to influence others to get things done, even without direct authority
  • Ability to communicate across functions and teams, up and down the chain of command
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and cross-group collaboration skills
  • Solid knowledge of corporate project reporting, stage/gate, and design control processes
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Team building experience with the ability to initiate and model positive change
