Our client is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager near Philadelphia, PA!

Our client is a medical device company that offers end-to-end solutions through the diagnostic testing kits as well as sample collection/stabilization devices they develop, manufacture, and distribute. Their’ portfolio of products are designed to discover/detect critical medical conditions and are sold on a global scale. They have many years in the industry and have seen continued success throughout their tenure as a business.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Develop regional marketing plans to drive business growth in target segments and establish KPIs to track progress against the execution of the marketing plan
  • Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on competition in the region and how they are positioned in the market
  • Collaborate with global product marketing and sales to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target customer
  • Support, engage and motivate the sales force
  • Lead the development of sales tools/processes and collateral to increase sales productivity and effectiveness in the field
  • Lead commercial team efforts for tradeshows, customer presentations, webinars, events, and programs
  • Develop sales training material and deliver training sessions to the sales force
  • Define and execute market-specific multi-channel campaigns across traditional advertising, digital marketing, and marketing automation, website, and social presence
  • Track sales results and lead region demand forecasting. Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure alignment/accuracy of forecast
  • Support the development of regional go-to-market plans for new products
  • Develop and maintain a tracking and reporting mechanism to measure marketing initiative effectiveness
  • Closely collaborate with and support distribution partners in OUS countries

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or healthcare-related field (required)
  • MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
  • 2-5 years of relevant marketing experience (required)
  • 2-5 years of experience managing third-party agents or a distribution channel
  • Experience within the diagnostics industry (preferred)
