Biotech Partners is experiencing explosive growth as a result of the increasing demand for our recruiting services in the Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical and Contract Research vertical. We are currently looking to grow our sales/recruiting group within our Charlotte office and have an opening for a new dynamic member of our team.

We have been in business for over 15 years placing high level research executives throughout the US. Our clients include some of the largest Pharma, Biotech, and Life Sciences companies in the world. We are looking for an energetic individual with a strong willingness to learn the somewhat technical landscape of the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Contract Research World.

Our ideal candidate will have successful experience working in an inside or outside sales role with a company in a fast-moving environment, with success that’s tied to the bottom line. Previous recruiting experience is also acceptable. This role is very activity focused and the individual stepping into this role should have a strong Type A personality, enabling them to build relationships quickly.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, recruit, package and match qualified candidates by performing sourcing activities.
  • Qualify candidates by conducting phone and in-person interviews, obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.
  • Establish a pipeline, align virtual bench and a communication plan with virtual bench candidates through consistent use of activities.
  • Utilize, maintain and update client systems as appropriate.
  • Prioritize job orders to ensure coverage on all assigned requisitions and package the candidates for presentation to the client as needed.
  • Develop client expectations regarding job orders and ensure expectations are maintained as required. And much, much more. This is a very unique position as our company is growing rapidly and we will be looking to promote the successful individual into a senior sales or leadership role as the company grows.
