The DISC assessment is a personality assessment that helps you better understand your skills and preferences in a work environment to help you identify roles and opportunities that better align with who you are. This test also includes a values portion to help you understand what your top values are to help you look for companies that better align with you. After completing the session, your coach will connect you with a certified DISC assessment coach who will take the time to walk you through the assessment and help you understand what it all means and how you can use this new found self-awareness to your advantage.
